The kitchen, living, dining area with its' high timber pitched ceiling and stunning views to Coronet Peak creates an incredibly spacious feeling. The designer kitchen is complete with the latest in kitchen appliances and a separate butlers pantry. The 'Cheminees' log fire is the perfect spot to gather around with family and friends after an active day exploring Queenstown and the surrounds.
Given its spectacular rural setting there is no surprise that this stylish home has been designed with indoor/outdoor flow in mind. French doors from the kitchen will take you to the outdoor spaces. During the summer the heated swimming pool will be the place to cool down, whilst in winter the outdoor fire area is the place to take in the spectacular night lights of Coronet Peak.
This is the perfect home for children. The pool will keep the kids entertained in summer, plus the large outdoor grassed area to run around on will wear them out. There is a media room situated next to the kitchen for the everyone to enjoy some down time.
90 Speargrass can comfortably accommodate 10 people. The master bedroom with ensuite takes full advantage of the views on offer. Two additional bedrooms with ensuites are also spacious and well-appointed. The fourth bedroom located above the media room is the perfect kids sleeping zone. It is large with two split-able king beds.
The essence of 90 Speargrass is the space and tranquillity it can offer in a central location. Only 7 minutes drive to Arrowtown or 15 minutes to Queenstown plus great access by bicycle or foot to the many scenic trails on offer.

The heated pool will be available for guests use from November 1st to April 1st.
